陶器のような質感の容器、木のフタ、間に挟まるシリコンのパッキングで構成されたお弁当箱。お弁当の時間をもっと豊かなものにすることをコンセプトに開発しました。「器（うつわ）」としての質感にこだわり、素材や形状を丁寧に設計しています。木製のフタは取り皿としても使用することができ、お弁当のおかずをシェアする楽しさも広げます。2013年度グッドデザイン賞 受賞。「根津さんは、今回のプロジェクトにおいて素晴らしいファシリテーター役でした。ランチボックスに求められることについて、メンバー全員から上手に意見を吸い上げ、議論をリードしてくれたんです。」（開発メンバー 國本さん）2015年には、さりげなくメッセージを伝えられるマグカップ「メッセージマグ」、2018年には、美味しく紅茶を入れられる工夫が詰まった「きがるにちゃんと」シリーズ、スクエアでスッキリした見た目なのに収納力抜群の「スクエアバッグシリーズ」が発売されました。2018年度グッドデザイン賞 受賞。

The LUNCH WARE by Afternoon Tea is a lunch box set that consists of a ceramic-like container, a wooden lid, and a leak-proof silicone gasket/tray. It was specially designed to enrich your lunch time. Unlike conventional or disposal food containers, the LUNCH WARE is meant to be a quality tableware; Its form is functional and stylish, and the materials are carefully selected. The wooden lid doubles as a tray so that you can share food with your company. It won Good Design Award 2013. Ms. Kunimoto, a member of the Afternoon Tea creative team remarked, “Kota acted as a great facilitator for this project, taking in everyone’s idea about wants and needs for the lunch box and leading effective discussions.” I continued to design other fun products for Afternoon Tea; The Message Mug released in 2015 was a mug that can discreetly convey a message. The Smart & Functional released in 2018 was a series of teaware which form and function will help anyone have the best tasting experience. The Square Bag series also released in 2018 looks sleek and compact but has surprisingly great capacity. The Square Bag won Good Design Award 2018.
